WORSHIP & PRAYER

Sundays at St Bartholomew's

Worship

Worship lies at the heart of the Christian life. It is through encountering God within worship that we are formed (and transformed) as his people.

At St Bart’s we enjoy a variety of services ranging from the informality of monthly All Age Worship – not to mention the annual Pet Service – to the centuries old language and rhythm of the Book of Common Prayer.

Our aim is that all our Sunday worship is relaxed and friendly so everyone of any age can feel at home. Children are welcome to join in as much or as little as they wish, and it doesn’t matter if they chatter or drop their toys – no doubt Jesus did the same when he was a toddler.
